Our Texas Blend is a smoky black tea blend reminiscent of a Russian Caravan tea. It's a slightly smoked Chinese black tea, which makes for a fine Texas Blend, like well-smoked Texas barbeque.
Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water, 212°F, for 3.5-4 minutes.
Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
