This Japanese green tea is a wonderful pairing with Asian foods with its roasty, savory taste. This genmaicha blend has the traditional Japanese Sencha green tea with roasted rice, but also has some matcha green tea powder, giving it an added slightly creamy taste and making it a much greener infusion.
Steep 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of below boiling water, 175°F, for 2 minutes.
