Lapsang Souchong Tea
Allow the smoky aroma of this Chinese black tea to penetrate your senses. Sir Winston Churchill is said to have been quite fond of Lapsang Souchong, mixing it with a bit of scotch! This famous tea is unmistakeable and reminiscent of the Silk Road from Asia to Europe with the caravans and campfires making their way into the character of this tea.
Also makes a great cooking rub for chicken or a flavorful way to make rice with this tea to add a smoky taste.
Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water 4-5 minutes.
Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

I really enjoy the smooth yet smokey flavor
Bought this tea as a gift for my husband after we had some last time we were in the UK. He loves the smokey flavor and this has quickly become his favorite tea!
Really enjoy the smokey flavor. Perfect tea for Texas. Brings to mind bonfires and smoked meat.
