Houjicha is a roasted Japanese green tea that leaves a savory finish along with the delight of a green tea taste. This organically grown Houjicha is superb in it's roasty and slightly earthy notes.
Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of below boiling water, 180°F, for 2 minutes.
Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
