Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz of boiling water, 212°F, for 3.5-4 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

Just Right

This tea is just right for breakfast and all that comes later in the day. My habit is to make a strong pot in the morning and to add hot water to the leaves several times for tea breaks throughout the day. Capital Blend holds up and produces a nice mild cup in mid-afternoon.

This is a great basic black tea. Liked it well enough to buy 16 oz.!

Favorite Blend Ever

I tried Capital Blend at the recommendation of Tea Embassy staff and it has turned out to be the best blend I've ever had. When I want a good cup of tea, this is what I turn to. Also good for a pre-half marathon pick-me-up.
