This is a wonderful nighttime tea. I find it a very relaxing tea to drink just before going to bed. It also goes nicely with a variety of light, not-to-sweet pastries or shortbread cookies.

I was introduced to this herbal tea last year and made sure to keep it in stock at home. Wonderful lemongrass/peppermint to taste, and lavender fragrance for calming. I love it and highly recommend!
