I really love this tea as a treat in the evening. I am not an herbal tea fan, so finding something with minimal caffeine is tricky. The bouquet and the tasting notes are particularly lovely. It has a haunting floral quality to it without being overwhelming like a Jasmine can be. (warning: I've been drinking English black tea and strong coffee since I was four, so your mileage may vary regarding your reaction to the caffeine levels of this blend. Drink it earlier in the day to find out its effect before you use it as an evening relaxer.)

Snow Buds is a new favorite of mine from Tea Embassy. Traditionally, my favorites have been black tea varieties, but I am enjoying green tea's more often these days with the subtle notes and medium caffeine levels. I was told that Snow Buds is a white tea with the caffeine level of a green. I enjoy it in the morning and find myself reaching for it again and again.
