Oolong tea from Nantou County, near the base of Dong Ding Mountain in Taiwan.

Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of below boiling water, 195°F, for 3 minutes. Re-steep the same tea leaves multiple times, adding 30 seconds to each subsequent infusion.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
