Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water, 212°F, for 4-5 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

Good decaf tea

So, decaffeinating tea is a travesty, but sometimes one's doctor insists! This is my favorite decaf tea. I am a tea snob, and have found many decaf teas to be truly awful. Several even smelled vaguely of fish! Not this one. It's really enjoyable. I'm not saying it can compete with tea that *hasn't* gone through the process, but it is the best decaffeinated tea (real tea, Camellia sinensis) I've had, and retains some of the grace notes I've come to love.
