Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz of boiling water, 212°F, for 3.5-4 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

A Polite Cup in the Morning

While some breakfast teas are meant to slap you awake, Breakfast Treasure is more polite. It does not require milk to soften, because it does not have sharp edges. Even when brewed strong, it does not dominate the conversation. Nicely fermented.
