Steep 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of below boiling water, 165°F, for 2 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

Strong, but still smooth green tea

Very balanced green tea. It has robust green tea flavors while being very smooth. The matcha adds an extra element to this tea that makes it extra delicious. This is a daily drinker for me.

Great tea for airline travel.

I like to travel with this tea and have it handy in airports with a few paper filters. Just purchase a cup of hot water from Starbucks. Their tea water is only 180 degrees so that's good for a green tea. Steep it for 1.30 minutes. Same leaves may be infused multiple times. I'm not a green tea person but this tea is so smooth and not bitter. Enjoy with a cookie or scone while you wait for your next flight.
