This tea is the reason I placed my first order, but now I'm absolutely in love with this brand. From newbies to experienced tea drinkers, this is a fantastic purchase for any tea drinker in your life!

I am an avid Yerba mate drinker, so when I decided to try Tea Embassy’s Chai Mate, I got a 1oz bag of this blend as well..and omg, was I blown away. The fragrance seemed strong at first, but not in a bad way—bright and sweet and tart and interesting at the same time—and had an almost sharp note to it. Upon brewing, I fell in love with it! It’s a very flavorful tea (which is nice since Yerba mate by itself isn’t very tasty) and you can really taste the floral and fruity notes all at once. I often have this as my second cup of tea in the morning, after my chai mate (which is also delicious!) because it’s presumably lower in caffeine than a straight mate (since it contains both mate and green tea) and I don’t want to get jittery (black tea does that to me, bad,) plus it’s refreshing. Like breathing in a beautiful spring day. Love this tea .
