Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water, 212°F, for 3.5-4 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

I wish you'd restock it!

I had some of this tea years ago and loved it. It's been out of stock every time I've checked for the last two or three years, but I hope it will make a come-back. It makes really nice iced tea as well as hot!
