Carefully rolled and fired to a higher oxidation level, characteristic of Eastern Taiwanese manufacturing, this dark oolong offers a sweet roasted note and leaves a beautifully silky finish on the palate.

Steep at 180-195 degrees Fahrenheit, for 2-3 minutes, enjoying multiple infusions.
