I have this with a bit of honey and sometimes a touch of milk if I'm about to go to bed (since supposedly warm milk helps you sleep). I haven't had straight chamomile in a while so I can't describe if that part is strong or weak in comparison, but the floral and very slight citrus notes all work together as a whole, so I don't feel the need to separate any of the flavors, if that makes sense. :) Very delicious, comforting tea.
