I tried this tea at Blue Dahlia one morning and was immediately charmed. The black tea is strong, but not bitter or astringent (unless you brew it far too long). The rose is subtle--adding a lovely fragrance and interest without tasting like perfume (as rose-flavored things sometimes do to me). The chocolate makes the flavor deeper and smoother. Perfect balance of tea, rose, and chocolate. All things said, a delight for the aroma and the flavor. When I returned from Austin to home in NY, I immediately set out to order more of this delicious tea.
