Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water, 212°F, for 3.5-4 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

Enjoyable cup of tea

This is my favorite blend at Tea Embassy! I miss the store front, though I no longer live in Austin, but still ordered Driskoll tea to enjoy.

Perfect

I find this black tea to be a great beverage for easing into the morning. It provides a nice wake-up without the shocking jolt that can come from coffee. If I feel that I need to get more of a jolt and still don't want to go the route of coffee then I can just make the brew a little stronger.
The tea is great with or with out cream (and sugar).
