Guests that attend the Tea Embassy Tea Seminar learn about tea in an interactive setting with smelling, touching, and tasting tea. You will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the historical home in downtown Austin, while listening to the Sims family speak about tea, as you taste teas and learn to discern the flavors of each major tea category. The seminar concludes by giving guests a chance to visit with one another, while enjoying hot tea.

- Preparing different teas
