Tea Embassy Celebrates Moonlight Tower with Tea & National Register of Historic Places Listing

Come Celebrate Austin’s Moonlight Towers on their official birthday May 6 at
the Tea Embassy. We’ll be serving a new tea named after the historic Moon
Towers, which provided the entire city with artificial light for the first
time in 1895.

Learn about the history of tea, the art of tea, how to prepare tea and the major differences between different types of tea. We have a tea tasting as part of the interactive experience to help you distinguish black teas, green teas, white teas, oolong teas, and pu-erh tea. The seminar concludes by giving guests a chance to visit with one another, while enjoying hot tea.
